Thank you for shopping with River Life USA! We want to ensure you have the best experience possible, from browsing our designs to catching your package at your door. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Domestic Shipping Only

  • We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses).

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Production & Order Processing Time

Because our apparel and lifestyle goods are custom-printed and made to order just for you, items require a production period before they ship:

  • All orders are typically processed and printed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a separate notification when your order has officially shipped.

  • Please note: Total delivery time = Production time + Carrier transit time.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all domestic US orders!

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: FREE (Estimated transit of 3–5 business days after fulfillment)

Note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carriers and are not strictly guaranteed, though we do our best to get your gear to you as fast as possible.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking information is typically active and scannable within 24–48 hours of receiving the email.

5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Issues

We take great care in our quality, but we understand mishaps can happen during transit.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at riverlifeusa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

  • If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out so we can help look into it.
